Afterward, remove and dry. • Microwave heating: Due to varying microwave oven powers, start with a 30-second heating session. If needed, continue heating on low heat in 20-second intervals. For continuous use, limit the second heating to 1 minute and use medium-low heat settings. • Always encase the pad in a cloth glove to prevent burns • Hot compress can be maintained at 50°C for 30 minutes Cold compress • Refrigerator cooling: Chill the pad in the refrigerator for 2 hours until it reaches the desired temperature.
