Align the nail tabs facing your cuticles and check sides for proper fit. - If you are in between sizes, go smaller, not larger. - Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. - Use the included cuticle stick to gently push back excess skin. - Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad to clean nails for better adhesion. You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad. APPLICATION: - Peel the backing from the nail and gently press onto your natural nail, center, and sides at the same time. - Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat for each nail. (Press on thumbnails last.) - Wait at least one hour to wet hands or file nails if desired. REMOVAL: - Do not force or pull nails off.
