Welcome to Kanazawa.ph Store💓💓 ❗❗❗When receiving the water dispenser, it is necessary to add water first before turning on the heating button, otherwise the anti dry burning function will be turned on, and the temperature controller will be forcibly disconnected, resulting in the heating not working. ⚠Note: The cold water of this machine is refreshing and cool (about 15 ℃), and it does not have a refrigerator cooling effect. ⚠Note: The electronic cooling of the water dispenser takes about 45 minutes, and the capacity of the cooling tank is 0.6L. The machine cannot be completely against the wall, and there should be a space for heat dissipation, at least 10-20 centimeters. Otherwise, if it cannot dissipate heat, there will be a situation where it cannot cool down
