Hudson Polyurethane Floor Varnish (PU Topcoat / Sealer / Reducer) Hudson PU Floor Varnish Sealer 10-A/2 A/2 A/2 Hudson PU Floor Varnish Topcoat 20-AAA This 2-component reactive polyurethane coating system is ideal for finishes on wood and parquet floors. It combines excellent hardness with good flexibility, high abrasion resistance and high gloss appearance. It resists ordinary household detergents, acids and alkalis, sauces, food spills and beverages USE Excellent on wooden floor parquets used for residences, condominiums, offices and townhouses SURFACE PREPARATION Level wood surfaces by machine sander or manual hand method. Free wooden surface from all foreign materials especially waxy substance like floor wax residue. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Mix Hudson Floor Varnish Sealer 10-A/2 A/2 A/2 and Catalyst A/2A/2A/2 at 7 to 1 by volume respectively. Stir mixture thoroughly then apply. Because of its low brushing viscosity, the sealer requires no solvent reduction. If spraying is preferred, use Hudson Polyurethane Reducer 22020 to ensure good film properties. Let dry for an hour. Sand. Apply another coat. Sand after an hour. Mix Hudson Floor Varnish Topcoat 20-AAA and Catalyst AAA at 3 to 1 by volume respectively. Stir mixture thoroughly then apply. Because of its low brushing viscosity, the topcoat requires no solvent reduction. If spraying is preferred, use Hudson Polyurethane Reducer 22020 to ensure good film properties. Let dry for an hour. Sand. Apply two more coats. 48 hours are needed for light traffic use and seven days for normal to heavy traffic use. APPLICATION By brush or spray. THINNING Hudson PolyUrethane Reducer 22020. SPREADING RATE 25-30 square meters per 4-liter depending on surface rustiness. DRYING TIME Allow 5-6 hours for complete drying. Recatable within said time with slight sanding in between coats. PACKAGING Sealer : 4 liter & 1 liter can (7/8 full); Hardener – ½ liter (full) & ¼ liter (half full). Topcoat: 4 liter & 1 liter can (3/4 full); Harden
