Allow 10 minutes of induction time before application. Pot Life @ 280C : 8 – 16 hours Reduction: Use as is. For spray application, reduce with 1 liter of DAVIES 95 Epoxy Reducer per 4 liters of Davies Epoxy Enamel. Thinning / Cleaning: DAVIES 95 Epoxy Reducer Surface Preparation: Ensure that surfaces are sound and free from dust, dirt, grease, and oil. Surface must be thoroughly dry. Sand steel to achieve a bright metal condition. Clean bare steel with a solvent wash (lacquer thinner ) and let dry. Painting System: A. Metal, Ferrous Apply one coat of Davies Epoxy Primer by brush, roller, or spray. Let dry 4 to 6 hours. Finish with two coats of the desired color of DAVIES Epoxy Enamel by brush roller or spray.
