Enough flux will adhere to the rod to sufficiently remove oxides and flow metal freely. When brazing tubes or light parts, mix the flux with water, making a thin paste of same and apply to the parts with a brush or by dipping parts into paste before brazing. Follow directions and you will have a perfect work.
